We are recruiting for a Recovery Programmes Lead
We are looking for an experienced Recovery Programme Lead who can take a lead role in the planning of the therapeutic groups: 12 Step programme and the Recovery Model incorporating SMART. As well as taking the lead on planning the weekly programme they will be facilitating therapeutic groups and will be experienced in both treatment models, supporting individuals towards recovery, increased resilience and improved wellbeing. They will be part of the on-call service and will work closely with the Head of Therapeutic Services to achieve professional standards across all of the therapeutic programmes, including the Therapeutic Gardens and Workshops.
The successful applicant will be required to work within a multi–faceted role which demands high standards of client centered care. Those standards include:
• To work within the team responsible for the implementation, development and evaluation of the therapeutic programme so as to ensure an effective and high quality provision is delivered to service users
• Ensuring the physical, emotional and social well being of residents at all times
• Ensuring the individual daily living requirements and treatment needs of Service Users are met.
• Ensuring the delivery of care to all residents meets the required high standards of The Trust and Care Quality Commission (CQC)
The successful applicant will ideally be able to evidence of a formally recognised training in a therapeutic discipline (minimum 400 taught hours) or have an alternate related qualification. A significant amount of professional experience of therapeutic interventions will be considered as an alternative.
They must have experience in facilitating groups with preferably a minimum of two years experience in substance misuse, dual diagnosis or related field.
The role is permanent full time working predominantly Monday to Friday with scope to work some Saturdays
