Ali Prisley
I have an extensive background in substance misuse treatment, with over 11 years of experience dedicated to developing and delivering services within custodial settings. Throughout my career, I have played a key role in shaping psychosocial treatment pathways and therapeutic programmes, as well as supporting the development and implementation of Drug Recovery Wings. My work has focused on improving outcomes for individuals with complex needs, ensuring services are evidence-based, responsive and person-centred.
I am educated to Master’s level, holding an MSc in Psychology, and I lead through a trauma-informed approach. This underpins my commitment to creating safe, supportive environments that recognise the impact of trauma and promote recovery, resilience and long-term change.
Outside of work, I live in Kent with my partner and our son. I value maintaining a healthy work–life balance and enjoy swimming, socialising with friends, and spending time on the sidelines as a proud football mum.
