Ketamine is stealing young lives in Kent
Help save young lives by funding access to treatment
Ketamine use among under-24s is rising in Kent, with serious impacts on mental and physical health - and help is urgently needed.
In the past year alone, the number of residents seeking support for ketamine use at Kenward Trust has more than doubled.
Prolonged ketamine use can cause severe mental health difficulties and life-changing physical harm. Families across Kent are watching their loved ones lives unravel because of ketamine. Without access to treatment, many young people have nowhere safe to turn.
Without access to funded treatment, too many are forced back into unsafe situations and continued drug use.
For these young people, help cannot wait.
At Kenward Trust, we believe nobody should be turned away because they don’t have the money to get well.
“If it wasn’t for Kenward Trust, I don’t know where I’d be. Recovery is still hard, but I love waking up now - and that’s thanks to the support I’ve had here.” - Jack

How you can help save lives
Your support can give someone the chance to recover and rebuild their life.
Young people affected by ketamine addiction need specialist treatment quickly - but for many, the cost of residential rehab puts recovery out of reach.
Kenward Trust is Kent’s local addiction charity, with over 58 years’ experience supporting people affected by drug and alcohol addiction and helping them rebuild their lives.
We are aiming to raise £156,000 to ensure up to 12 young people can access fully supported residential treatment over the next year - when they need it most.
No one should have to reach crisis point before they can access help.
Your support gives someone:
∙ A safe, stable place away from drugs
∙ Professional therapy and medical support
∙ Time, space and guidance to begin recovery
∙ A real opportunity to rebuild life beyond addiction
For young people struggling with ketamine addiction and the families who love them - your support is life-changing.
