BRAND NEW POST - Admissions Lead
Join our team as an Admissions Lead.
This brand new post will play a vital role in ensuring safe, clinically informed access to our first-stage residential rehabilitation service. In this pivotal position, you will oversee the full admissions pathway—leading referral screening, coordinating assessments, managing documentation, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to secure timely, appropriate placements. Being part of the Admissions team working directly to the Deputy/Operations Manager.
With a strong grounding in trauma-informed and person-centred practice, you will ensure that every prospective resident receives a sensitive, thorough, and expert assessment that supports their journey into recovery. This is an opportunity to shape and strengthen our admissions governance, influence service development, and uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance.
We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable leader who can balance clinical insight with operational oversight. You will collaborate daily with internal colleagues, external referrers, NHS teams, and other professionals to create a seamless, safe transition into treatment for every resident. Starting salary of £29,000 - to be discussed at the interview.
