Waking Night Worker
We are recruiting for Waking Night Workers
We are looking for a caring and professional staff to join our incredible staff team who preferably has experience of working within Drug and Alcohol services or similar fields such as Offender Services, Mental Health or Homeless Charities.
Kenward Trust at Yalding provides primary stage residential treatment to residents who are experiencing difficulties as a consequence of drug and alcohol misuse. We pride ourselves that we work with a trauma informed, person centred approach with the 12 Step Programme, SMART and Recovery Model. These interventions are led by a Consultant Addictions Psychiatrist.
We wish to recruit individuals who can effectively participate in the delivery of those high-quality evidence based therapeutic interventions. They should have a passion to make a positive impact and empower our residents to transform their lives.
A Night worker is responsible for:
Ensuring the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents at all times
Ensuring the individual daily night requirements and treatment needs of residents are met.
Monitoring and administering medication.
Organising and facilitating the evening running of the therapeutic community
Supporting the Keyworker & Therapeutic teams.
Ensuring risk is monitored and minimised.
Organising and facilitating the residents in preparing for the daily programme and activities.

Based on a 8 week rolling rota of 4 shifts on/ 4 shifts off
Shifts start at 8pm to 8am
