Our supported accommodation helps people maintain recovery, rebuild independence, and move towards long-term stability.

Who this service is for

This service is designed to support:

  • People leaving residential rehabilitation

  • Individuals leaving prison or hospital

  • Those at risk of homelessness

  • People who are not yet ready for fully independent living

A safe and structured step towards independence

  • Safe, structured, and stable living environment

  • Step-down support from rehab, hospital, or custody

  • Helps people transition to independent living at the right pace

  • Person-centred recovery plans

  • Support with daily living (budgeting, cooking, tenancy skills)

  • Emotional support and relapse prevention

  • Reduced isolation through community and peer support

  • Sustainable move-on into long-term accommodation

  • Provides safe, supported accommodation for people in recovery from substance misuse

  • Helps residents build independence while maintaining recovery

  • Includes support from a dedicated Support Worker

  • Offers a structured, drug and alcohol-free environment with peer support

  • Based in Tunbridge Wells, housing up to 14 residents

Stage 2 Resettlement

Colebrook House, Tunbridge Wells

Stage 3 – Move-on accommodation

  • Provides supported move-on accommodation for residents progressing from Stage 2

  • Helps individuals build independence while maintaining recovery

  • Offers ongoing support from a Key Worker

  • Located across: Maidstone, Wateringbury, Southborough, and Uckfield

  • Encourages residents to: Engage with the community, access volunteering or training opportunities

  • Work towards independent living

  • Maintains a strict drug and alcohol-free environment

  • Typical stay is up to two years, with progression based on engagement and readiness
