Sam oversees the Yalding site here at Kenward Trust. She is responsible for maintaining a high standard of care and implementing systems that ensure the smooth running of the site.

I have worked in several different roles within Kenward Trust, which has given me the opportunity to develop my knowledge, experience and understanding of supporting people affected by substance misuse. Working across different areas of the service has helped me understand the importance of treating every person as an individual and recognising that everyone’s recovery journey is different.

As Registered Manager, I am passionate about providing a safe, supportive and welcoming environment where residents feel listened to, respected and valued. I believe strongly in a person-centred approach, working alongside individuals to understand their needs, strengths and goals, and supporting them to make positive and lasting changes in their lives.
