Sue Plummer
Sue’s background is in clinical, research and education and she has a BA in Nursing Education, MSc in Clinical Mental Health Nursing, MSc in Epidemiology and PhD in Psychiatry. Sue was awarded a Medical Research Council Post Doctoral Research Fellowship for 4 years. During this time she spent 3 months in the Sydney Drug and Alcohol Research Centre. Her MSc in Epidemiology dissertation was a Cohort Study of alcohol misuse in patients attending practice nurse clinics. She is currently a Partner Governor at Medway Maritime NHS Foundation Trust and a member of Rochester Cathedral Council. She is also a member of the Rochester Cathedral Business Guild Steering Group and was appointed as a Justice of the Peace in 2021. Sue is currently Director of the Institute of Medical Sciences (Post Graduate Medicine) at Canterbury Christ Church University.
