Open Call: Kenward Christmas Art Fair
We invite local Kent/ Sussex artists to take part in our wonderful art exhibition here at Kenward Place. Come and display your art in our stunning Georgian Rooms, set in the countryside of Yalding. Kenward Place is a perfect setting for artists to display on our Art Panels (kindly donated by Ewa Page and Alison Ridley of Under the Rainbow Events).
By booking and taking part you are helping us raise funds for our amazing lifesaving charity Kenward Trust. We will market the art fair as part of our overall 4-week Christmas at Kenward experience. But we will give this an extra push as it is the launch of our campaign and we want to attract as many people as possible and share in local communities.
In addition to the art exhibition, visitors can take advantage of the onsite café and free parking, available both days. They can also meet the Kenward Place alpacas and goats and enjoy the woodland walk.
Date & Time: Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st December 2024, from 10 AM to 3 PM.
Venue: Kenward Place, Kenward Road, Yalding, Kent, ME18 6AH.
Exhibitor Booking Details:
£100 exhibitor fee. All proceeds will go to The Kenward Trust.

Artists will handle their own sales and there is no commission.
Exhibitor Fee includes:
panel space of 6ft x 8ft.
3D artists will have a 6ft x 2.5ft table (we are limited on tables so you may have to bring your own).
Tea/coffee x 2.
Preferably, artists set up will be Friday 29th November from 12pm - 5pm or exhibitors can arrive on Saturday 30th November from 8:30 AM but need to be set up by 10am.
Please note we will rely on plentiful natural light and existing room lights. Artists may use their own additional cordless lighting if they wish.
The Trust will market the event by email and on social media but artists will also be responsible for generating interest in this new and potentially recurring art show. The Trust has a large mailing list and runs regular classic car shows however, this is the first art show so artists need to be aware there is no guarantee of footfall or sales.
