We have multiple ground and first-floor offices available at our site in Yalding. With excellent access to the motorway and ample on-site parking, it is a great countryside location with easy access networks.

We are located in Yalding, 6 miles from Maidstone and 13 miles from Tunbridge Wells. J4 of the M20 is 7 miles away. Wateringbury Station is 1.2 miles away and Yalding Station just 2.3 miles, both reaching St. Pancras and Charing Cross in just over an hour.

All of the spaces available have shared kitchens, ladies and gents WCs, and fibre broadband is available throughout the offices.

Additionally, we have a larger Function Room on-site which is available for hire.

Rent is £16 per sq ft exclusive of VAT and service charge.

We also have virtual receptionists available throughout the workday to answer your calls and take your post, so you can focus on what you do best!

Our phones will be answered from 8:30am - 7pm on weekdays and reduced hours at weekends by our friendly team. Each client has a personalised voicemail that will be activated outside of these hours, our staff will also be available throughout office hours for post and deliveries. Post can either be scanned to you or you can easily collect it from our site during office hours.
