Support Kenward Trust Through Your Will

At Kenward Trust, our mission is to provide a person-centred, trauma-informed approach to support and empower all individuals affected by addiction and homelessness so they can transform their lives and create new futures.

One of the most meaningful ways to support our work is by naming Kenward Trust as a benefactor in your Will. Your contribution helps fund vital services, including residential rehabilitation, community outreach, and youth education programs.

I want to help but I don’t have a Will. Where do I get one?

We understand that writing your Will probably feels like a mammoth undertaking. You’re worried it will be time-consuming, costly, and full of complicated legal jargon. No wonder you’ve put it off this long.

That why we’ve partnered with Will specialists Squiggle Consult to make your will-writing process so much easier:

squiggle logo
  • Free – Usually a £250 cost for a simple Will

  • Simple – Done from home or via Zoom

  • Professional – Drafted and checked by qualified estate planning specialists

With Squiggle, your Will is legally binding, stored for free, and gives you peace of mind knowing your wishes are protected.

Simply choose a timeslot that works for you, and a Squiggle Consultant will give you all the help you need. They’ll run through a complete fact-finding consultation to ensure all your needs are covered, but you are in no way obligated to take up any additional services. And you’re not even obliged to give a specific donation to us at Kenward Trust, any support no matter how big or how small, or even whether it is now or in your will, any donation is great appreciated.

 It’s quick and easy:

  1. Book a consultation at a time that suits you.

  2. Meet with a Squiggle Consultant to discuss your wishes.

  3. Review your draft Will and make any necessary changes.

  4. Sign your Will - and you’re done!

With Squiggle, every Will is proofread and approved by a qualified specialist and once signed and witnessed, it will be legally binding. Squiggle will even store it for free, giving you a copy for your records. So, you’ll know you’re set and that everything will be taken care of when the time comes, and your donation to Kenward Trust  will have the much-appreciated impact that you want it to.
