Kenward Pioneers Raise money for Kenward Trust during Mental Health Awareness Week

15 Local Maidstone and Medway business people who are part of BNI Pioneer networking group are walking 50km on Saturday 16th May across Kent in the Kent Charity Trek to raise money for Kenward Trusts’s Think Differently Programme

Mental Health Awareness Week highlights the importance of emotional wellbeing, resilience and early support. These values are at the heart of Think Differently, Kenward Trust’s schools and youth outreach programme, which works with children and young people across Kent to build confidence, raise awareness of risk-taking behaviours, and encourage positive decision-making.

Mental Health Awareness Week is a reminder that early intervention and education can make a life-changing difference. Through Think Differently, we help young people understand risk, build resilience and make informed choices.

The Kent Charity Trek on Saturday 16th May,  offers supporters the opportunity to walk for a cause while promoting the many mental health benefits of movement, connection and time outdoors. Every step taken and every pound raised will help Kenward Trust continue delivering Think Differently sessions that empower young people to protect their mental health and future wellbeing.

Penny Williams, CEO of Kenward Trust, said:

“The Kent Charity Trek is a fantastic way for our community to come together, raise awareness and invest in brighter futures for young people across Kent.”
